Refund policy

RETURNS 

I do hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you wish to return an item, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be in the same condition as they were received. The return postage cost is responsibility of the customer, as is any new packaging. Once received, a refund will be issued (excluding the original delivery costs.)

COMMISSIONS

Due to this being made especially for you, I do not accept returns on commissions.
