Details: A grotesque brass face stares from this string its hollow sockets heavy with ruin. From its mouth protrudes an Indian Ruby (jewel) - a scarlet lure of lust and fire. The frame made with remnants of a farm building that once sat next to a monastic house for bloodletting bears the memory of labour and wound, while a 17th century Bible fragment flickers like a ghost of vanished liturgies.

Here temptation is not an idea but a face: grotesque, desirous, unrelenting - a relic that both guards and seduces your mind.
